Can I change/cancel my order?

Generally yes, but this depends at what stage of fulfilment your order is in. Please contact us and we’ll see what we can do. We will do our best to meet your wishes. 

I forgot to apply my discount code, can I use it on my next order ?

Sure, please contact us and we will make a note of this.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Unfortunately, no, sorry ;( We do not have a physical storefront and use a warehouse somewhere in Area 51, so we never go there either. Just joking! 
Holiday deadlines
For guaranteed domestic delivery (continental US) by Tuesday, December 24th, please note the following deadlines for placing your order with 1 Clever Dot is 1st of December. 

Due to widespread variations in customs clearance times on international packages, international deliveries are no longer guaranteed to arrive before December 24th.
